HJR 67 — The Save Our Homes Cap Reduction Amendment

Sponsor: Rep. Jeff Holcomb

Summary: HJR 67 proposes reducing the current Save Our Homes cap from 3% to 1.5%, limiting the annual increase of assessed property values for homesteaded homeowners.
